Erika and her family are relatively recent transported New Yorkers. Through road cycling, she is learning about her new home and scenic state. Erika was introduced to Trips for Kids Marin through one of her cycling friends and is excited to help implement and expand its mission. An investment banker for over 25 years, Erika is a currently a partner and Managing Director for Silver Lane Advisors LLC, an investment banking boutique focused on the financial services industry.

Previously, she and her husband co-founded Alternative Access Capital, a private placement firm focused on raising capital for the alternatives investment sector. She also serves as a Board Director for Atlanta Life Financial Group. She is an active committee member for the Northern California chapter of 100 Women in Hedge Funds and an advocate for awareness of prematurity and pre-term labor for the March of Dimes.

Erika earned an MBA from Pace University and a BA in finance from West Virginia University.  She is also a General Securities Principal.  She has completed four marathons, many triathlons and enjoys skiing, tennis and the ballet.  She is married with two girls and lives in San Anselmo, CA.
