Your Donations Make Our Wheels Go Round!
Our programs are largely supported by bicycle donations. We re-utilize used bikes and parts and sell them at discounted prices. The money received goes directly in to operating our programs and getting more kids on bikes. We are always in need of bikes and bike-related items in good condition.
Benefits of donating bikes and parts include:
- Getting a tax deduction.
- Keeping your bike out of the landfill.
- Helping Trips for Kids positively change youths’ lives!

Donation Pick-ups
Trips for Kids Bay Area is often willing to offer large donation pick-ups as a fee-based service.
- As this service incurs a cost to our organization we ask for a $20 fee for any pick-ups.
- While there are exceptions, we prefer to do pick-ups within a 40 mile radius of San Rafael.
